Vertaccount held a two-day Leadership Organization Development Exercise (nicknamed LODE) last August 8-9, 2015.
VA’s top management, which included the team managers of the organization’s extensive workforce, participated in the exercise. It was a productive session where strategic directions concerning the associates of the company were tackled.
The purpose of the exercise was to develop the career path of the current associates and define how they will advance to the next levels of their career with the company. The exercise also defined how a current associate can rise up to become a team manager within the company.
As an organization committed to enhancing the skills of its employees, Vertaccount wants to make sure that everyone in the company doesn’t remain stagnant in their roles but rather are given opportunities that will help them reach their maximum potential. This is achieved by providing them trainings and opportunities for career growth.
