Back Office Outsourcing is here to stay. COC Hawaii hosted an event to help their members identify if outsourcing is for them or not.
Last September 23, Bernice Parsons spoke in front of a crowd of entrepreneurs and business owners about making Back Office Outsourcing work. The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii and featured other experts in the outsourcing field. It was moderated by Reg Baker, a renowned business and tax advisor who serves as chair of the US Small Business Administration Regulatory Fairness, Region 9.
Bernice taught the audience how outsourcing can help save your business money and time by allowing you access to expert and high-quality workforce for less than the usual cost. She also pointed out that outsourcing helps your business grow by allowing you to focus on your core strength.
However, she warned the audience that not all outsourcing engagements work. There are certain requirements that both client and outsourcing provider must meet in order to make the outsourcing engagement successful.

During her talk, she built the case why Philippines is one of the best options for outsourced engagement.
The audience came away from the seminar with better insight why outsourcing is something that could actually be complementary to their businesses.
