To keep the team from burning out this summer, Vertaccount went on a break to this year’s outing at Eagle Point Resort in Anilao, Mabini, Batangas Philippines last May 27-28, 2018. Adding a splash of color to their trip, they beat off the heat with a tribal-inspired theme party.
In between the working days, all teams have given their best to bring out their tribal-wear and represent the culture with their yell performance. All tribes were transported to the Sepoc Island where lunch was graciously served. Followed by the most awaited part of every summer stories, the team did presentations and outdoor activities all-day ‘round. Participated by four teams, each of them gave their best to win the championship.

Team Orange (Tribo Apocalypto)
Each tribe were challenged with a series of competitive activities, and it put their teamwork to the test with obstacles such as relay, sack race, fill the drum and the longest line game. Despite exhausting the day with these games, the team ended the day satisfied with a delicious dinner. To cap off the night, the employees enjoyed singing their hearts out while the others played billiards, table tennis, and bingo!
On the team’s last day at the beach, most of them still managed to wake up early to make the remaining time count. They spent the morning snorkeling, riding a banana boat, kayaking, and swimming plus of course, some time to take photos for Instagram in between!
Through another successful event, the employees got the chance to connect and socialize with others in a casual way that might not be possible in the office. Everyone was hyped all throughout, and they all contributed to the success of the event. This is definitely a company outing that’s an unforgettable experience for Vertaccount.
